A traumatic experience can have a profound impact on a person’s life. Moments of crisis don’t just test our physical endurance; they challenge our mental and emotional resolve. However, the journey toward recovery is where true strength is forged. Survivors must adopt new perspectives to navigate the impossible challenges they now face with determination. They emerge having transformed their suffering into sources of strength and inspiration for themselves and those around them.
